Q: I have always wondered what does FAQ stand for?

A: It stands for Frequently Asked Questions :-)

Q: I can't speak Armenian. Can the staff at envoy speak other languages?

A: Indeed! All our team speak English and between them know all the following languages: English, Armenian, Russian and more!

Q: What is the easiest method of transport around Yerevan?

A: Minibuses better known as "Marshootkas" are easily accessible and cover most of Yerevan and Armenia! The fair in the city is 100 AMD regardless of distance traveled. Higher fees apply for travel to other cities.

Q: Do we have access to a fridge in the hostel?

A: Guests are welcome to use the main fridge in the kitchen.

Q: Are there any private bathroom facilities?

A: Most rooms have shared facilities (separate for mens and ladies). However our ensuite room does have a private bathroom.
