Envoy Hostel has been purposely designed for the comfort of budget travellers. The location of both our hostels (Yerevan and Tbilisi) have been selected specifically so you are only minutes walk away from the main artery street and the key attractions, cafes and restaurants.

Envoy Yerevan is situated on the ground level so easy to come and go (no flights of stairs to climb with heavy luggage). Envoy Tbilisi is a stand alone building with excellent views of the city and offers rooms (and bathrooms) on each level.

Even our beds have been purposely designed for maximum comfort, designed specifically for adults (no bumping heads on low head space bunk beds! Each bed is fitted with individudal bed side lights and shelves/ powerpoint access for charging phones etc... all the detail has been thought about... designed by travellers for travellers!

Our bathrooms and toilets are designed to international standards with a high ratio of facilities to number of people - so you will not be waiting in long queues all the time. Even our water supply has been designed to reduce the impact of water shortages and restrictions applied.

Plus we listen! Although we have been established since 2005, we have continued to improve our offerings, thanks to the feedback of our guests. So if you have any ideas for improvement, tell us - we would love to hear from you :)

Few quick notes:

• All rooms and common room have central heating - it might be cold outside but its always summer at Envoy :)
• Bed linen is provided (as well as pillows and blankets)
• All rooms include personal lockers (need own padlock to secure)
• Payment is required in cash or credit card, for the day ahead or for the total stay
• A key deposit is taken - returned when the key is given back at check-out
• All rooms and common room have air conditioning - essential to escape the intense summer heat!
  
• Children not requiring a bed stay for free

• Air Conditioning

  Want to get away from the heat? Our rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning units, providing essential cooling for the hot summer days.

• 24 Hour Reception

  

  Both Yerevan and Tbilisi are alive all throughout the night and so are we. Envoy does not have any curfews and reception is always open and able to help with your needs. We have been known to have the most friendliest and knowledgable team locally. So whether you are checking in at 3 am in the morning or need details of when to catch the train to your next destination we are here to help you. 

  
   

• FREE Breakfast

  This region is not 'breakfast friendly"! Not many places serve breakfast and only open later in the day. Well, Envoy has taken the hassle out of this as we offer our guests FREE breakfast! Served between 8-10am (8:30-10:30am in winter) in the common room.
  
  Enjoy fresh local bread (Madnakash), seasonal fruit jam, local feta cheese, eggs or sour cream served with tea/coffee. Now you will be set to explore the city!
  

• FREE Internet Access & Wifi

  Need to surf the net or check your emails? You can access the internet throughout the Hostel including your room. There are internet stations in the common room - free for you to use.
  
  Hi-Tech traveller? If youve got a laptop or iphone - then you can access WiFi from anywhere in the hostel.
  

• Airport Pickup

  Wondering how to get to the hostel from the airport? You can arrange an airport pick up service in advance. We realise that flights can arrive at odd hours of the day so our service is also available 24 hours of the day. You will be greeted by our driver at the airport holding an Envoy Hostel logo.

• FREE Tea/Coffee Facility

  Tea and coffee facilities are provided for guests to help themselves in the kitchen - 24 hours a day.
  

• Kitchen

  Feel like cooking?

  We have a fully equipped kitchen available for your use.

  Once in a while we also have cooking 'classes' at Envoy where you can learn how to make a local dish and sample it too!

• Personal Lockers

  Each room has personal lockers providing our guests safe holding of their possessions. For safety reasons the lockers are designed to work with padlocks. So you can use your own padlock or purchase one from reception. Store your things in the locker and explore the city with peace of mind!
  
  We can also hold your luggage for you for Free in our storage room if you want to explore outside of Yerevan - ask reception.
  

• Linen and Towels

  All linen for the beds are provided.
  
  Need a towel? Why not save some space in your backpack and hire a towel? You can hire bath towels from reception.

• Common Room

  We have a huge common room where guests can relax and hang out, meet other guests, listen to music, play games, access internet, watch a movie and have a bite to eat.
  

• Fun and Games

  The envoy team has a focus for fun! We love to celebrate events whether its a guest birthday or a special occasion of a different sort we love to find excuses to have fun. Plus we have some organized games and events guaranteed to entertain and to create new friendships with fellow travellers. We even have a range of board games for guest use in the common room as well as a chess set (just be warned who you pick as an opponent - Armenians are known to hold the championship title in chess!).

• Laundry Facilities

  Only here for a few days so why waste your time watching your laundry spin around in a machine? Envoy offers a laundry service to guests so you can make most of your time sightseeing. Washing and drying facilities are both available. Ask at reception for details.
  

• Central Heating

  Being environmentally conscience , Envoy Hostel has been equipped with central heating system using natural gas. Each room is individually controlled allowing isolation of rooms not in use. Reaching sub zero temperatures in winter (-20degrees) this is an essential feature. It might be cold outside... but its always summer at Envoy :)

   

• 24 Hour Water

  Water restrictions apply to some areas in Yerevan. Envoy Hostel however has been designed to cater for this such that we can ensure 24 hour hot and cold water supply is available all year around.

• FREE Luggage Storage

  Want to explore the region and use Envoy as a base? You can leave your luggage in our locked storage room for FREE and go with peace of mind.

   

• Car Rental

  Getting around is relatively easy. There are buses to most locations both within the cities and to the regions. You can also easily choose from a range of tours on offer. However if you wish you can rent a van with a driver to take you to other destinations. Cost of van rental is dependent on destination and length of stay. There are also local car rentals that reception would be happy to inform you about for self drive hire.
